I am because we are.
This phrase exemplifies a humanist philosophy that is best described as a set of guiding principles and values adhering to qualities which include virtues such as compassion, altruism, and contributing towards humanity. MAIORA invests with these principles in mind: towards greater things, always for the greater good.
Our competitive advantage lies in both its investment principles and strategic process.
Investment Principles
We believe the best long-term outcome for our investors is in delivering both on our return targets and our strong social and environmental governance principles. Often sustainable investing can be associated with mediocre returns but MAIORA has shown otherwise, with outperforming investments in several solar renewables projects, REITS and funds, and continues to prove that great returns and sustainable investment can indeed go hand in hand.
Investment Process
Established in 2010 with the goal of being a truly flexible fund, MAIORA strives to maximize unique and responsible investment opportunities for our investors over any single strategy. Through deep analysis of macro factors, in select sectors, we seek to identify attractive new investment opportunities that are both sustainable and profitable.
These two pillars, together with our experience, flexible structuring and disciplined underwriting is what differentiates us.
What we do is more important than what we have.
We are proud to harness the power of pioneering technology, human expertise, and our project management and financial acumen to help preserve our increasingly fragile planet, improve the world for current and future generations and ultimately make an impact.
MAIORA believes that the aggregation and application of leading technology, expert resources and smart financial structuring can and will make the world a better place.
