February 2019 : Enex Infrastructure REIT launched on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (#9286). Clay Kinney rang the bell as the sponsor group (Enex, Mercuria, SMTB and Maiora AM) launched the REIT which had purchased Sunrise and Hokota. Maiora AM holds a stake of 4.9% in the REIT management company.
