MAIORA Asset Management Pte Ltd. established Enex Infrastructure Investment Corporation in August 2018 jointly with ITOCHU Enex Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited and Mercuria Investment Co., Ltd. In February 2019, after acquiring 2 of Maiora’s completed solar projects in Japan, the company successfully IPO’d on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. MAIORA maintains minority ownership in the REIT asset manager and sits on the board of directors.
